Thank you for visiting and shopping at Phola Outdoors. Below are the terms and conditions that make up our Shipping Policy.

📦 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within [1-3 business days] (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive communication when your order has shipped.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit time during peak periods. We appreciate your patience.

🚚 Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time:

We utilise with trusted delivery carriers to ensure timely and reliable delivery.

🌍 International Shipping

We currently only offer deliveries to mainland UK. Shipping fees and delivery times vary based on destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
Phola Outdoors is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

🛑 Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.  Delivery is stipulated as roadside delivery.
Certain products may have shipping restrictions due to weight, materials, or destination.

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive communication to your contact details provided.

If you haven’t received your order within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at sales@phola.co.uk with your order number.

🔁 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

Phola Outdoors is not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing.
