Kolkol Heating Instructions
How long does it take to heat the water?
The KolKol wood-fired hot tub usually takes about 1 hour 45 minutes to 2 hours to heat the water to around 37–38°C, depending on the starting water temperature and outside weather conditions.
Does the hot tub require electricity?
No. The KolKol tub is fully wood-fired and requires no electricity, pumps, or installation. The water is heated by a stainless steel wood burning stove inside the tub.
How many people can fit in the tub?
The KolKol Egg hot tub comfortably fits 5–6 adults, making it ideal for families or small gatherings.
Does the hot tub need installation?
No installation is required. The KolKol hot tub is fully portable and can be placed anywhere with a flat surface, such as a garden, patio, or deck.
Is the stove safe?
Yes. The stove is made from marine-grade stainless steel and includes heat shielding to prevent burns. However, exposed parts such as the chimney can get hot, so care should be taken during use.
How do you drain the hot tub?
The tub includes a drain valve outlet, allowing water to be easily drained after use.
Can the tub be moved?
Yes. The KolKol tub is designed to be lightweight and portable, allowing it to be moved if needed.
